The Business Issue at Hand: Friction & Visibility

LOOK Salon is known for premium work, a high standard, and a space that feels elevated without feeling intimidating.

That reputation is exactly why LOOK gets called for high-visibility moments in San Antonio, including getting brought in for Fiesta royalty prep.⁠⁠ That kind of trust is earned.

The challenge was that the old website was not carrying that same level of confidence and prestige. In our pre-project survey, the site was described as “not an interactive site,=” meaning it was not doing enough to support business goals like consistent online booking and visibility

That’s it. Just an informational banner on the web, no clear path forward for customers to book. This reflected a 41% rebooking rate as well as a disproportionately older customer base

Within the first 3 months the new website had already attracted 133 new customers, representing $12,369.07 (yes we have the exact report) along with immediately improving booking rates by 5% (bumping annual forecasted revenue from $753,114 to $871,622!
